Job Description<\/p>\n
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving financial performance.<\/p>\n
\tManage inventory levels and stock control to optimize resources and minimize waste
\n\tDevelop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability of the outlet
\n\tPrepare and analyze financial reports, implementing corrective actions as necessary
\n\tOversee and optimize staffing levels to meet operational demands and special events
\n\tEnsure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
\n\tConduct regular team briefings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
\n\tMaintain and update guest history records to facilitate personalized service for repeat customers
\n\tEnsure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
\n\tManage the outlet’s budget, controlling costs without compromising quality
\n\tCollaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives
\n\tResolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
\n\tImplement and monitor promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
\n\tMinimum of 2 years of experience as an Outlet Manager or 5+ years of progressive experience in food and beverage management
\n\tProven track record in team leadership and staff development
\n\tStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting
\n\tExcellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
\n\tProficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems
\n\tIn-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, quality standards, and health regulations
\n\tAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tFluency in English and Swahili
\n\tStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and restaurant management software<\/p>\n
