Wealth Manager, Premier Banking"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description <\/p>\n<p>Business and Financial performance <\/p>\n<p>\tGrow the affluent customer portfolio through acquisition of new-to-bank clients, with a focus on quality accounts and cross-sell opportunities.<br \/>\n\tDrive growth in deposits (liabilities), loans (assets), and fee-based income through investment products, bancassurance, and foreign exchange solutions.<br \/>\n\tChampion the uptake of wealth management solutions aligned with customer goals and risk profiles.<br \/>\n\tDeliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial targets including portfolio growth, revenue, product per customer, and customer profitability.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and pursue business development opportunities through referrals, strategic events, and partnership networks.<br \/>\n\tTrack portfolio performance and conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients on their Investments.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Excellence <\/p>\n<p>\tOffer personalized financial advice and relationship management tailored to each client\u2019s lifecycle needs aligned to their risk profile.<br \/>\n\tServe as the single point of contact for affluent clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and quick resolution of issues.<br \/>\n\tLeverage CRM tools (Engage) to monitor client activity, preferences, and service metrics.<br \/>\n\tConduct regular portfolio reviews to assess customer needs and suggest relevant banking and investment solutions.<br \/>\n\tFoster strong client loyalty and advocacy by delivering consistent, value-added interactions.<\/p>\n<p>Leadership and people management <\/p>\n<p>\tProvide guidance and support to other Relationship Managers in delivering wealth management and financial advisory services.<br \/>\n\tShare knowledge, market insights, and best practices to enhance the team&#8217;s overall advisory capabilities.<br \/>\n\tAct as a role model in professionalism, ethical standards, and client engagement.<br \/>\n\tCoach and mentor team members on wealth management where applicable.<\/p>\n<p>Process, control and operational performance <\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure full adherence to Internal policies, Operational Risk and Compliance guidelines e.g. KYC and anti-money laundering measures.<br \/>\n\tConstantly monitor credit portfolio to ensure maximum of 3% NPL.<br \/>\n\tEnsure high standards of operational efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times across customer transactions and service requests.<\/p>\n<p>Strategic initiatives <\/p>\n<p>\tContribute to the execution of the bank\u2019s affluent and wealth management strategy.<br \/>\n\tAct as a champion for investment advisory within the team, helping elevate client value propositions.<br \/>\n\tParticipate in campaigns, events, and digital initiatives to drive brand awareness and product uptake.<br \/>\n\tProvide feedback to product, marketing, and digital teams for continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Experience &amp; Qualifications <\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in affluent relationship management or financial advisory with a proven focus on wealth management.<br \/>\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field (Master\u2019s or professional certification is an added advantage).<br \/>\n\tCertification in Financial Advisory such as CISI, CFP, or CFA (Level 1 or higher) is required<br \/>\n\tProven track record in sales and portfolio management, with knowledge of wealth, investment, and insurance products.<br \/>\n\tExperience guiding or mentoring colleagues on wealth management topics is a strong plus.<\/p>\n<p>Skills, Capabilities &amp;
