Role Description<\/p>\n
\tThis is a full-time on-site role for COP\/ECOP certified Insurance Sales Agents, based in Nairobi County, Kenya.
\n\tThe role involves identifying and approaching potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable insurance solutions. Additional responsibilities include client relationship building, providing professional advice, managing insurance policies, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the brand’s promise of integrity and customer focus.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tStrong background in Law Enforcement, including familiarity with Police Procedures and Practices
\n\tExperience or training in Criminal Investigations and Evidence handling
\n\tExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
\n\tCertificate of Proficiency (COP) or Enhanced Certificate of Proficiency (ECOP) qualification in insurance
\n\tProven sales or client management experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an added advantage
\n\tAbility to work independently, meet sales targets, and demonstrate initiative
\n\tA passion for customer service and commitment to the company\u2019s mission and values<\/p>\n
