Key Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage end-to-end recruitment and placement processes, including identifying staffing needs, drafting job advertisements, selecting appropriate sourcing channels, screening and shortlisting candidates.
\n\tCoordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with departmental managers to identify suitable candidates.
\n\tPrepare and issue job offers in line with company salary structures and communicate onboarding requirements to successful candidates.
\n\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system (joining dates, bio-data, contracts, emergency contacts, education, and experience details).
\n\tFacilitate new employee orientation and ensure adherence to employee induction SOPs.
\n\tPrepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports, maintain recruitment trackers, and update staff lists.
\n\tSupport other HR functions and perform any additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager.<\/p>\n
Education and Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
\n\tMinimum of 3\u20134 years\u2019 experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment (experience in a production setup is an added advantage).<\/p>\n

\tStrong command of written and spoken English.
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
\n\tStrong analytical and decision-making skills.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\n\tAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.
\n\tHigh level of accuracy, efficiency, and timely feedback.
\n\tPositive work attitude and strong organizational skills.<\/p>\n
