Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOrder Management & Processing
\n\tProcess all key account orders in SAP accurately and within agreed timelines.
\n\tPrint, review, and validate daily order schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy.
\n\tMonitor and close all open orders in SAP, ensuring no backlog.
\n\tCountercheck system pricing against approved price lists before order release.
\n\tCustomer & Account Coordination
\n\tRespond promptly and professionally to customer emails and queries.
\n\tFollow up with key accounts to ensure orders are received, processed, and fulfilled in full (100% stock availability).
\n\tEngage customers (e.g., Carrefour and other modern trade accounts) for LPO extensions and order confirmations where required.
\n\tLogistics & Supply Follow-Up
\n\tCoordinate with dispatch and transport teams to ensure timely loading and delivery of orders.
\n\tTrack deliveries to ensure no short supplies or delays and escalate deviations proactively.
\n\tLiaise with warehouse and distribution teams to resolve fulfillment gaps.
\n\tPromotion & Sales Support
\n\tCoordinate with field sales teams during promotions to ensure:
\n\tTimely order placement and execution
\n\tAdequate stock allocation across branches
\n\tSupport for paid activations (e.g., podiums)
\n\tMonitor promotion performance and flag stock or execution risks early.
\n\tPricing & Issue Resolution
\n\tWork closely with field teams to resolve pricing discrepancies in the market.
\n\tEnsure alignment between system pricing, promotions, and customer agreements to prevent revenue loss.
\n\tReporting & Controls
\n\tMaintain accurate order tracking logs and daily status updates.
\n\tHighlight risks related to stock shortages, delays, or pricing inconsistencies.
\n\tSupport reconciliation between orders, dispatch, and customer receipt.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field
\n\t2\u20134 years\u2019 experience in sales operations, modern trade, or order management
\n\tExperience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
\n\tExposure to FMCG or manufacturing environment is preferred<\/p>\n
