We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Team Plus Limited.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and process payroll accurately and on time
\n\tEnsure compliance with KRA requirements (PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, etc.)
\n\tMaintain accurate financial records and reports
\n\tReview and reconcile accounts
\n\tMonitor expenses and ensure cost control
\n\tSupport in preparation of financial statements
\n\tHandle final dues calculations and employee payments
\n\tWork closely with HR on attendance, leave, and payroll matters<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience as an Accountant (preferably in payroll-heavy environments)
\n\tStrong knowledge of Kenyan tax laws and statutory deductions
\n\tHigh attention to detail and accuracy
\n\tGood knowledge of Excel and accounting systems
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n
