Job Description<\/p>\n
Reporting to the\u00a0Cluster Director of Finance and Business Support,\u202fresponsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tOrganize and direct the team to supervise all revenues and expenses, as well as all inventories.\u00a0
\n\tResponsible for managing the day-to-day financial reporting and controlling requirements of the departments and will be\u00a0required\u00a0to review and analyze management accounts.\u00a0
\n\tTo plan, direct, supervise and coordinate the activities of the personnel involved in accounting and other financial functions of the organization.\u00a0
\n\tAnalyze and interpret financial data and recommend changes to improve financial performance.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain an account of all the transactions of the organization.\u00a0
\n\tResponsible for budget and cost controls, financial analysis, accounting\u00a0practices\u00a0and reports.\u00a0
\n\tAny matter which may affect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.\u00a0
\n\tAssist Cluster DOF in preparation of Annual Budgets\u00a0
\n\tIdentify\u00a0optimal, cost-effective use of the resources and educate the team on the same.\u00a0
\n\tPreparation of the Monthly Management Accounts.\u00a0
\n\tMonitor budgetary and key performance indicator movements.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure to liaise with the company auditors and regulators.\u00a0
\n\tTo develop the financial reporting and accounting systems.\u00a0
\n\tResponsible for all financial and accounting functions of the organization.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure to manage the development of accounting admissions, credit\/collections\u00a0and internal control policies.\u00a0
\n\tRecommend to the management on the issues related to Stock Management and Inventory controlling.\u00a0
\n\tPrepare periodical Management Information Reports.\u00a0
\n\tPerforms all other functions as assigned by Management.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure to take the responsibility for\u00a0maintaining\u00a0accurate\u00a0records.\u00a0
\n\tProviding effective financial controlling & also implement Control systems.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tA graduate degree in\u202fbusiness or\u202fCPA (K)\u00a0
\n\t3 years\u2019 experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.\u00a0
\n\tPrevious\u00a0experience financial reports, P&L\u00a0and balance sheet.\u00a0
\n\tPrior experience working with Accounting Systems and POS (Sun, Opera,\u00a0Micros,Silverware)\u00a0
\n\tLeadership skills that\u00a0utilize\u00a0persuasion and motivation to\u00a0attain\u00a0organizational goals is the most desirable management quality, followed by honesty, integrity, ethical behavior, tactfulness, openness, and cultural awareness.\u00a0
\n\tAbility to accept responsibility.\u00a0
