\tAs a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, and achieving sales excellence.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDeveloping and maintaining relationships with individual and corporate clients.
\n\tIdentifying client needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions.\u00a0
\n\tStaying updated on industry trends to provide expert advice.\u00a0
\n\tMeeting and exceeding sales targets through innovative strategies.
\n\tEducating clients about Lifecare\u2019s diverse insurance products.\u00a0
\n\tCollaborating with Insurers and the internal team to deliver exceptional service.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in relationship management or sales within the insurance brokerage\/ insurance sector.\u00a0(At least 2 years)
\n\tStrong background in Health insurance, International Personal Medical Insurance.\u00a0
\n\tCertification\/s from COP, or similar.\u00a0
\n\tExcellent communication skills in English, and at least one additional international language is an added advantage.\u00a0
\n\tGood understanding of general and life insurance products.\u00a0
\n\tExceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\u00a0
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.\u00a0
\n\tProficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.\u00a0
\n\tA proactive and customer-focused mindset.<\/p>\n
