About the Role\u00a0
\nAccountabilities include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n
\tSupport the Managing Partners and the CIO in building strong relationships with new potential LPs including DFIs, family offices, foundations and pension funds.
\n\tAnalyze market trends and be on the top of LPs\u2019 expectations
\n\tOrganize road shows.
\n\tAlign and coordinate with MPs, and ACP board, on fundraising of the different funds.
\n\tCreate a template for LPs reports and pitch decks.<\/p>\n
Skills and Qualifications
\nAcumen is a high-performing environment. There are general expectations of excellence and very high standards for ethical behavior.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tA bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication , or related discipline.
\n\tStrong written and verbal communication skills with a professional polish and client-service mindset.
\n\tProficient in MS Office and Google Suite, along with equivalent productivity & communication applications such as Zoom etc.
\n\tHighly organized, adaptable, and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
\n\tAbility to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and support multiple stakeholders.
\n\tAbility to maintain discretion, professional judgement, and confidentiality at all times.
\n\tSelf-reflective and aligned with ACP values.
\n\tMinimum of 4+ years of experience in a related field.
\n\tMust be authorized to work in Kenya, Egypt or UK.<\/p>\n

\tCompensation will be competitive and will vary based on experience and the location the candidate will be based in.<\/p>\n
