KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tOversee daily operations to ensure efficient and timely transit clearance services
\n\tSupervise Kampala office activities and handle client inquiries
\n\tSupport business growth by acquiring new clients and promoting company services
\n\tMaintain strong client relationships and ensure timely payments
\n\tMonitor performance and implement operational improvements
\n\tCollaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve issues
\n\tIdentify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
\n\tPrepare operational reports and performance insights<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
\n\t3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in operations (clearing & forwarding is an added advantage)
\n\tProficiency in MS Office and reporting
\n\tStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
\n\tHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail<\/p>\n
