\tOur client, a leading private healthcare facility in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit an\u00a0experienced Pharmacist\u00a0with\u00a03\u20135 years of professional experience\u00a0to take on a\u00a0clinical and leadership-focused role\u00a0within the pharmacy unit.
\n\tThe successful candidate will deliver\u00a0high-quality clinical pharmacy services, while overseeing daily operations, mentoring staff, and driving continuous improvement in patient care and medication management.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tProvide\u00a0clinical pharmacy services, including prescription review, therapeutic monitoring, and clinical interventions.
\n\tLead and manage the\u00a0pharmacy unit\u2019s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service delivery.
\n\tOffer\u00a0clinical guidance and decision support\u00a0to healthcare professionals.
\n\tEnsure compliance with\u00a0regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
\n\tSupervise, mentor, and support\u00a0pharmacy staff.
\n\tParticipate in\u00a0clinical audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
\n\tOversee\u00a0medication management, inventory control, and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in\u00a0Pharmacy\u00a0from a recognized institution.
\n\tValid\u00a0Pharmacist license\/registration.
\n\t3\u20135 years of relevant clinical pharmacy experience.
\n\tProven\u00a0leadership or supervisory experience\u00a0is preferred.<\/p>\n
