About the role:
\nThe role holder will be in- charge of\u00a0 ensuring that all Sun King branded retail
\noutlets consistently meet defined brand standards across signage, visibility, in-store experience, and material quality. This role focuses on auditing, compliance tracking and continuous improvement of retail branding execution across the network.<\/p>\n
What you would be expected to do:
\nShop Branding Audits & Compliance<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Conduct field audits of Sun King branded shops when vendor branding is on-going and at the end of the branding process to conduct an audit check.
\n\tVerify correct installation and usage of branding materials (signage, wall branding.<\/p>\n
window decals & complete product installation.<\/p>\n
\tEnsure alignment with brand guidelines (logo usage, colours, messaging, layout).
\n\tIdentify & document gaps, inconsistencies or damaged branding elements during the vendor branding process & ensure correction is addressed with the vendor.\u00a0
\n\tCourse correction initiatives are to be documented.<\/p>\n
Quality Assurance Process Execution<\/p>\n
\tImplement standardized QA checklists and audit frameworks.
\n\tCapture photographic evidence and detailed reports for each outlet visit with time stamp.
\n\tScore shops based on compliance metrics and defined QA benchmarks.
\n\tTrack vendor adherence to branding SLAs and installation standards.<\/p>\n
Issue Identification & Resolution<\/p>\n
\tFlag and document branding defects, poor installations or unauthorized modifications.
\n\tCoordinate with vendors, installers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
\n\tFollow up to ensure corrective actions are completed within timelines.<\/p>\n
Data Collection & Reporting<\/p>\n
\tMaintain accurate records of shop audit results in digital tools or dashboards.
\n\tEvaluate trends in compliance, regional performance, and recurring issues.
\n\tProvide weekly\/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
\n\tAssist with performance scorecards for vendors and field teams.<\/p>\n
Vendor & Field Team Coordination<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with branding vendors, installers, and field sales teams.
\n\tAssist onboarding and training of vendors on branding standards.
\n\tMonitor vendor performance and adherence to quality expectations.<\/p>\n
Continuous Improvement<\/p>\n
\tRecommend improvements to branding materials, installation processes and QA frameworks.
\n\tContribute to cost optimization by identifying inefficiencies or rework drivers.
\n\tAssist with pilot programs for new branding formats or retail concepts.<\/p>\n
You would be a strong candidate if you have:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 2\u20135 years\u2019 experience in field marketing, retail execution, merchandising, or QA roles.
\n\tStrong experience in retail branding, merchandising, and trade marketing, with a focus on maintaining brand consistency and visual quality standards.
\n\tProficiency in data collection and reporting tools such as ODK, KoboToolbox, Excel, or mobile audit applications, with basic data evaluation capability.
\n\tHigh level of accuracy and quality control, with the ability to assess visual standards and ensure compliance across multiple locations.
\n\tStrong problem-solving, field execution, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work alone and manage multiple sites.
\n\tHighly disciplined, process-guided, comfortable with extensive travel and fieldwork, and able to balance speed, cost, and quality in execution.<\/p>\n
