Your Mission<\/p>\n
\tYou will own how vendors enter NALA.
\n\tYour mission is to ensure every vendor is onboarded\u00a0accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance\u00a0with our internal standards and regulatory requirements.
\n\tYou will manage the onboarding process end-to-end \u2014 from documentation collection to verification and setup \u2014 ensuring that every vendor is correctly vetted, properly recorded, and ready to operate within our systems.
\n\tThis role is not just about processing information.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s about ensuring that:<\/p>\n
\tdocumentation is complete and reliable
\n\tonboarding decisions are consistent and compliant
\n\tvendors experience a smooth, professional onboarding journey
\n\tYou will be the first point of contact for new vendors, guiding them through requirements, resolving issues, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.<\/p>\n
Your Responsibilities in this Role<\/p>\n
Vendor Onboarding & Case Management<\/p>\n
\tManage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, from initial request to final setup
\n\tReview and verify vendor documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
\n\tEnsure all onboarding activities align with internal policies and compliance requirements<\/p>\n
Vendor Coordination & Communication<\/p>\n
\tAct as the primary point of contact for new vendors throughout onboarding
\n\tClearly communicate documentation requirements and timelines
\n\tRespond to vendor queries and resolve issues efficiently<\/p>\n
\u00a0Compliance & Documentation Control<\/p>\n
\tConduct preliminary checks on vendor information and compliance status
\n\tEnsure all records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready
\n\tIdentify and escalate discrepancies, missing information, or potential risks<\/p>\n
Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with Procurement, Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams
\n\tGather required approvals and information for vendor setup
\n\tEnsure smooth coordination across teams involved in onboarding<\/p>\n
Process Improvement & Reporting<\/p>\n
\tTrack onboarding progress and key metrics (e.g. turnaround time, completion rates)
\n\tIdentify inefficiencies or recurring issues in the onboarding process
\n\tSupport improvements to workflows, documentation standards, and systems<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\u00a0Must-have Requirements<\/p>\n
\tExperience in onboarding, operations, compliance, or administrative roles (preferably within fintech or financial services)
\n\tStrong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
\n\tExperience handling structured processes and high-volume workflows
\n\tStrong communication skills, both written and verbal
\n\tAbility to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively
\n\tBasic understanding of compliance or regulatory requirements is an advantage<\/p>\n
Nice to Have<\/p>\n
\tExperience with vendor onboarding, procurement, or third-party management
\n\tExposure to regulated environments (fintech, banking, payments)
\n\tFamiliarity with onboarding or case management tools
\n\tExperience working cross-functionally with multiple teams<\/p>\n
