\tThis consultancy will lead the development of HelpAge\u2019s Capacity Sharing Strategy, working closely with a cross\u2011functional internal working group and network representatives.
\n\tThe assignment will generate a clear, high\u2011quality, gender\u2011responsive, age\u2011 and disability\u2011inclusive strategy that sets out HelpAge\u2019s approach to capacity sharing across its global network, aligned with the organisation\u2019s Theory of Change, organisational strategy, and impact vehicles.
\n\tThe ideal consultant or firm will bring strong experience in strategy development within the NGO or humanitarian\/development sector, with proven expertise in organisational strengthening, network\u2011based models, adult learning, and participatory and qualitative methodologies.
\n\tFamiliarity with localisation commitments, human rights\u2011based approaches, and gender, age, and disability inclusion is essential, alongside strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. Previous experience supporting or developing capacity strengthening or capacity sharing strategies will be a strong asset.<\/p>\n
