OVERALL JOB PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tThe position is responsible for teaching and while offering holistic development, proper discipline, appropriate skills and social abilities to enable optimum development of pupils.
\n\tThe position provides responsibility for exam materials \u2013 report books, evaluation records, class register, record book, lesson note books, record of work, schemes of work.<\/p>\n
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. <\/p>\n
\tImplementation of integrated curriculum.
\n\tMonitoring, evaluating and reporting student\u2019s progress.
\n\tIn charge of school weekly duties.
\n\tIn-charge of class co \u2013curricular activities
\n\tPastoral Care, Discipline, Guidance and Counseling
\n\tA role model, mentor of other teachers and a guardian to pupils.
\n\tConduct any other duties assigned that is related to the profession.<\/p>\n
Academic and Professional Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of P1 Certificate from Kenya National Examination Council.\u00a0
\n\tRegistered with the TSC.
\n\tMust have solid training and experience in teaching Competence Based Curriculum (CBC).
\n\tProficiency in English & Kiswahili; both written and spoken and technologically savvy.
\n\tMust be willing to work in any of MOHI\u2019s Centers across the country.<\/p>\n
