Job Purpose <\/p>\n
\tThe Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-impact visual designs that enhance the presentation and marketability of Ruby Interiors\u2019 full range of products, including wallpapers, wall murals, decorative finishes, and other interior solutions.
\n\tThe role will support both marketing and sales by translating product offerings into compelling visual experiences that drive customer engagement and purchasing decisions.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities <\/p>\n
Creative Design & Product Development <\/p>\n
\tDevelop creative designs across a wide range of interior products (wallpapers, wall murals, stickers, decorative finishes, etc.)
\n\tGenerate fresh, market-relevant concepts aligned with interior design trends
\n\tCustomize designs based on client preferences and project requirements<\/p>\n
Product Visualization & Rendering <\/p>\n
\tCreate realistic renders and mockups showcasing products in interior spaces
\n\tDevelop visual concepts that help clients clearly imagine final installations
\n\tProduce before-and-after or concept visuals to support sales discussions<\/p>\n
Marketing & Brand Support <\/p>\n
\tDesign brochures, catalogues, and product portfolios
\n\tAssist in Creating digital content for social media, website, and campaigns
\n\tEnsure all visual outputs are aligned with the company\u2019s brand identity
\n\tRegularly update marketing materials based on stock and new products<\/p>\n
Sales Enablement <\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with the sales team to develop client-specific design proposals
\n\tSupport client meetings with visual presentations and concept designs
\n\tTranslate customer needs into design solutions that increase conversion rates
\n\tProvide quick turnaround designs to support active sales opportunities<\/p>\n
Printing & Production <\/p>\n
\tCoordination Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork for production
\n\tEnsure correct dimensions, resolution, and color accuracy
\n\tLiaise with production\/printing teams to maintain quality standards<\/p>\n
Trend Research & Innovation <\/p>\n
\tStay updated on interior design, d\u00e9cor, and material trends
\n\tContinuously introduce new design ideas to keep the product offering competitive
\n\tBenchmark industry standards and improve design quality<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, or related field
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in graphic design or interior-related design
\n\tProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
\n\tExperience in 3D rendering\/visualization tools is an added advantage
\n\tStrong and diverse design portfolio
\n\tStrong creativity and design versatility Ability to visualize and present interior concepts Commercial thinking (designs that sell, not just look good)
\n\tAttention to detail and quality Speed and responsiveness to business needs Good communication and teamwork skills<\/p>\n
