In this Customer Experience Trainee position<\/p>\n
\tAdminister customer service plans and programs
\n\tProvide administrative support for customer service initiatives and activities to provide superior services and enhance customer satisfaction
\n\tUse day-to-day customer service processes and procedures in line with the standard global\/ regional processes to maximize effectiveness
\n\tDocument cost of initiatives to support prioritization of spending and resource allocation
\n\tRespond to customer inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints, or direct to sales representatives or technical\/ service areas
\n\tHighlight issues for better development and administration of call center processes and systems
\n\tKeep self-updated on company’s products and services
\n\tDevelop relationships with allocated customers<\/p>\n
Stakeholders<\/p>\n
\tExplain facts, policies and practices related to job area
\n\tSupport and interact primarily with colleagues of own sub-function
