Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tPromote lodge accommodation, packages, and experiences to increase bookings and revenue.
\n\tIdentify and engage potential clients, including travel agents, tour operators, corporate groups, and direct guests.
\n\tBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat stays and referrals.
\n\tPlan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, website, email, and offline channels.
\n\tCreate promotional content highlighting lodge experiences, amenities, and seasonal offers; manage pricing strategies and special offers.
\n\tManage the lodge\u2019s reservation system, ensuring accuracy of bookings, rates, availability, and confirmations.<\/p>\n
Key Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business, or related field.
\n\tProven experience in sales, marketing, and reservations within the hospitality or tourism sector.
\n\tExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
\n\tProficiency in reservation\/booking systems, CRM tools, and MS Office.
\n\tStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
\n\tResults-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive problem-solver.<\/p>\n
