Job Summary<\/p>\n
We are looking for a human resource Assistant to support in running the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOrganizing Staff induction and onboarding programs.
\n\tUpdating the human resource information systems data.
\n\tUndertaking training needs analysis, projections, and developing training programs.
\n\tImplementing human resource management policies, regulations, procedures, and systems.
\n\tSupporting the recruitment processes.
\n\tPayroll processing.
\n\tSupport in the implementation of training programs.
\n\tParticipate in handling personnel grievances and other related matters.
\n\tCoordinating the staff separation processes.
\n\tDisseminating internal communication to staff in a timely manner.
\n\tParticipate in disciplinary processes Handle inquiries in the HR office promptly and courteously.
\n\tAny other duty as assigned by the management<\/p>\n
Experience and skills<\/p>\n
\tDegree\/Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
\n\tMust have a good understanding and practical knowledge of the various employment laws.
\n\tMust be computer\/ IT proficient.
\n\tMust have a laptop
\n\tCandidate must be honest, a team player, and able to multi-task.
\n\t3-4 years experience in a similar position.
\n\tPeople management skills and emotional maturity.
\n\tDocumentation and record keeping.
\n\tAbility to maintain confidentiality of information.<\/p>\n
