We are hiring an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager for a leading plastics manufacturing company based in Nairobi, Kenya. This opportunity is open to Indian professionals with strong experience in plastics processing and plant operations.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tLead maintenance and engineering operations for injection & blow moulding machinery
\n\tManage CAPEX projects, equipment installation & commissioning
\n\tDrive preventive & predictive maintenance strategies
\n\tOptimize plant efficiency, reduce downtime & improve productivity
\n\tHandle utilities (chillers, compressors, electrical systems, etc.)<\/p>\n
Key Requirements:<\/p>\n
\t15+ years of experience in plastics manufacturing
\n\tStrong expertise in Injection \/ Blow Moulding
\n\tExperience with European machinery (Engel, Husky, Netstal, etc.)
\n\tKnowledge of PLC, automation, and utilities systems
\n\tBackground in ISO \/ HACCP \/ Lean Manufacturing preferred<\/p>\n
