In this role, you would be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tManaging end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support
\n\tDesigning and configuring Supply Chain Management modules including warehouse management, inventory, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing
\n\tArchitecting Finance modules including landed cost, invoicing, tax compliance, and financial reporting
\n\tDriving digital transformation of operations through D365 optimization and automation initiatives
\n\tServing as the Dynamics 365 expert, advising teams on optimal platform utilization and integration strategies
\n\tCollaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
\n\tEnsuring inventory management meets financial and audit compliance requirements through proper system configuration
\n\tProviding training and support to end-users across warehouse operations, finance, and other business units<\/p>\n
This is a\u00a0fully remote role\u00a0reporting to the Head of Engineering – Acquisition Sales and\u00a0working within the UTC -1 through UTC+3 time zones.<\/p>\n
Your application should demonstrate:<\/p>\n
\t5+ years designing, configuring, and deploying Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations solutions
\n\tStrong background in ERP concepts including supply chain, warehouse management, inventory, and finance operations
\n\tExperience managing complex stock movements, reverse logistics, and repair tracking systems
\n\tProven track record of end-to-end D365 F&O implementations from requirements gathering to post-go-live support
\n\tExperience with multi-phase, multi-country, enterprise-wide implementations
\n\tAbility to work with diverse, distributed teams across multiple countries
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision making
\n\tExperience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
\n\tNice to have: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-300, MB-330), experience with Power BI\/SSRS, background in financial services or emerging markets<\/p>\n
