This role involves risk assessment, policy development, and stakeholder engagement to mitigate ESG-related financial and operational risks.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement ESG and climate risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
\n\tAssess and monitor ESG-related risks, including climate change, environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and governance risks.
\n\tEnsure compliance with local and international ESG regulations, guidelines, and sustainability standards.
\n\tCollaborate with risk, compliance, and strategy teams to integrate ESG factors into enterprise risk management.
\n\tConduct risk assessments on climate change impact, carbon footprint, and sustainability performance.
\n\tProvide advisory support to senior management on ESG risk mitigation strategies.
\n\tTrack and report key ESG risk indicators, sustainability performance metrics, and climate-related financial risks.
\n\tEngage with regulators, investors, and stakeholders to promote ESG transparency and reporting.
\n\tSupport the development of sustainable finance initiatives, green lending policies, and responsible investment practices.
\n\tConduct training and awareness sessions on ESG and climate risk management.<\/p>\n

Qualifications And Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
\n\tProfessional certifications such as CFA ESG Investing, GARP Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR), or equivalent are preferred.
\n\tAt least 5-7 years of experience in ESG risk management, climate risk, or sustainability practices.
\n\tStrong knowledge of ESG regulatory frameworks such as TCFD, GRI, SASB, and IFRS Sustainability Standards.
\n\tExperience in climate risk modeling, carbon risk assessment, and sustainable finance<\/p>\n

\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills in ESG and climate risk management.
\n\tExcellent understanding of global sustainability trends and regulatory requirements
\n\tAbility to develop and implement ESG risk frameworks and reporting structures.
