\tEnsure 24\/7 availability and performance of network infrastructure
\n\tContinuous monitoring, incident response, escalation management, and technical support
\n\tMaintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
\n\tCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business-critical operations<\/p>\n
Skills Required~<\/p>\n
Technical \/ Hard Skills~<\/p>\n
\tTCP\/IP, routing protocols, VLANs, QoS
\n\tExperience with network equipment such as Cisco, Ruckus, Aruba\/HP, Meraki
\n\tFirewalls~ Cisco ASA, Fortinet, WatchGuard
\n\tMonitoring tools~ SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix, Cosmos
\n\tPacket analysis using Wireshark and tcpdump
\n\tKnowledge of VPN, SD-WAN, load balancers, wired (ethernet & fiber) and wireless networking
\n\tFamiliarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality technology (preferred)<\/p>\n
