Role Description<\/p>\n
\tThis is a full-time, on-site Team Leader\/Unit Manager role based in Nairobi County, Kenya.
\n\tThe Team Leader\/Unit Manager will oversee and coordinate the activities of a sales team to achieve defined targets.
\n\tDaily responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring team members, setting goals and objectives, monitoring team performance, and implementing strategies to drive business growth.
\n\tThe role also involves ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies, as well as maintaining excellent customer service and client relationships.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tLeadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and motivate team members effectively
\n\tSales and marketing expertise, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
\n\tCommunication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients and team members
\n\tAnalytical thinking and strategic planning abilities for developing and implementing business strategies
\n\tProficient in time management and organizational skills
\n\tFamiliarity with the insurance industry and regulatory standards is advantageous
\n\tMinimum diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
\n\tEcop compliant
\n\t2026 IRA License
\n\tExperience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the insurance or financial services sectors<\/p>\n
