From day one, you will be involved in their journey preparing and monitoring individual development plans, organizing and delivering training activities, and supporting them through learning and development opportunities.<br \/>\n\tYou will report to the People &amp; Culture Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities;<\/p>\n<p>\tCollaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design customized learning solutions.<br \/>\n\tEmployee Induction: Conduct orientation sessions for new employees to introduce them to the brand, and organizational culture. Familiarize them with the hotel&#8217;s history, brand positioning, and the importance of their roles in achieving the hotel&#8217;s success.\u00a0 These sessions should encompass tour of the hotel, brand standards, safety procedures, and SOP trainings.<br \/>\n\tCreation of training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.<br \/>\n\tTracking all e-learning modules from Accor Academy, ensuring strict compliance before set deadlines<br \/>\n\tConduct training sessions, ensuring they are interactive, engaging, and tailored to the audience&#8217;s needs.<br \/>\n\tManage internship programs and work closely with the learning institutions.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.<br \/>\n\tMonitor training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate training records and reporting systems<br \/>\n\tSupport employees with continuous development plans and career progression.<br \/>\n\tCross-Training Initiatives: Identify opportunities for cross-training employees to enhance their skillsets and promote flexibility within the hotel&#8217;s workforce.<br \/>\n\tMaintain and update training records, ensuring compliance with Accor standards.<br \/>\n\tSubmit monthly learning hours to People &amp; Culture Manager.<br \/>\n\tKeep abreast of the brand, industry trends, best practices, and new training techniques.<br \/>\n\tAssist in planning and organizing People &amp; Culture activities<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelors degree in Hospitality, or related field<br \/>\n\tProven experience in Learning &amp; Development, preferably within the hospitality industry.<br \/>\n\tTrain the Trainer certification<br \/>\n\tStrong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methods.<br \/>\n\tExcellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\tAdaptability: A flexible and adaptable approach to work, as preopening hotels can be dynamic environments with changing priorities.<br \/>\n\tOrganization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training programs, deadlines, and resources effectively.<br \/>\n\tProblem-solving: A creative problem-solving mindset to address unique challenges that may arise during the preopening phase.<br \/>\n\tOpen to local candidates.<\/p>\n<p>Apply Through:<\/p>\n<p>jobs.smartrecruiters.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/jobs.smartrecruiters.com","_company_name":"Novotel","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"Novotel is a French midscale hotel brand owned by Accor.[1] Created in 1967 in France, the company grew into what became the Accor group in 1983, and Novotel remained a pillar brand of Accor's multi-brand strategy.
