WHAT YOU’LL DO<\/p>\n
\tOversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency.
\n\tImplement operational procedures and monitor adherence to policies.
\n\tCoordinate cross-departmental tasks to ensure timely completion of activities. Identify process bottlenecks and recommend operational improvements.<\/p>\n
Compliance & Risk Management<\/p>\n
\tEnsure operations comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
\n\tMonitor operational risks and implement controls to mitigate potential issues.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of operational activities for audit and reporting purposes.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tLiaise with internal teams (Finance, HR, Research, Customer Service) to facilitate operational processes.
\n\tSupport senior management with operational reports, dashboards, and updates.
\n\tAct as a point of contact for operational inquiries and support requests. Training & Development
\n\tProvide guidance and training to interns and support staff on operational processes.
\n\tPromote knowledge sharing and best practices within the operations team.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
\n\t2-4 years’ experience in operations or administrative roles.
\n\tStrong understanding of operational processes, workflow management, & compliance.
\n\tProficiency in MS Office and operational management tools.
\n\tExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
\n\tEagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to operational efficiency.
\n\tHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, commitment and professional responsibility;
\n\tAnalytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement.
\n\tProblem-Solving: Develops solutions to operational challenges effectively.
\n\tCommunication: Clearly conveys operational updates and instructions to stakeholders.
\n\tDecision-Making: Makes informed decisions to maintain operational efficiency.
\n\tAttention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in documentation, reporting, & process execution.
