Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOperation management
\n\tDaily to day management: Overseeing daily business activities, optimizing processes and resources (staff, materials, technology) to ensure efficiency, high productivity, and cost reduction.
\n\tWork with different country head across ISAT Group of company in handling operation matters.
\n\tImproving processes: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity.
\n\tProcess Improvement: Analyzing data to enhance workflow efficiency, reduce errors, and increase productivity.
\n\tBudgeting & Finance: Developing budgets, reviewing costs, and optimizing financial performance.
\n\tTeam Leadership: Managing personnel, including staffing, training, and maintaining morale.
\n\tStrategic Execution: Aligning day-to-day operations with overall company objectives
\n\tProject Management:
\n\tWork with project managers \/ across group to ensure ed to end Project Management, by delivering Timely, Control cost, and ensuring Quality through constant customer feedback.
\n\tMonitor project progress and set deadlines
\n\tCustomer Relation Management
\n\tWork with customer support manager on all customer operation related matters and the incumbent is expected to focus his \/ her attention on supervising day-to-day operation matters affecting customers.
\n\tInvolvement in customer management and visitation to ensure customer experience satisfaction
\n\tVendor management, Pricing & Cost Management
\n\tVendor Management Coordination for better relationships and negotiation for favorable pricing.
\n\tSupplier Management \u2013 Cultivation and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers by evaluating defined SLA for negotiation on costs for purposes of cost reduction.
\n\tCost Analysis, Implementation assessment of solutions and scheduling of solutions sold.
\n\tCompliance. Licensing and Permits:
\n\tFollow up to ensure business compliance in all the operation working closely with group person in charge of regulatory to ensure return are done on quarterly basis<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Telecommunication.
\n\tAt least 2+ years of experience in a similar role working in telecom industry, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
\n\tProven track record of success in managing and improving operations
\n\tExperience in managing operation in complex environmental engaging multiple stakeholders from different countries.
\n\tStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n
