Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\n\tEnsure efficient utilization of\u00a0resources, equipment, and consumables\u00a0within the ICU.
\n\tMaintain accurate\u00a0patient records and documentation, ensuring effective communication during handovers.

Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor of Science in\u00a0Nursing (BScN)\u00a0from a recognized institution.
\n\tPostgraduate training in\u00a0Critical Care, Anesthesia, or ICU specialization.
\n\tValid registration and practicing license with the\u00a0Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
\n\tMinimum of\u00a03\u20135 years\u2019 clinical experience in an ICU setting.
\n\tMandatory valid\u00a0ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)\u00a0and\u00a0BLS (Basic Life Support)\u00a0certifications.<\/p>\n
