{"id":94615,"date":"2026-04-17T14:00:40","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T14:00:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/kenya\/job\/technical-support-agent\/"},"modified":"2026-04-17T14:01:18","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T14:01:18","slug":"technical-support-agent","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/kenya\/job\/technical-support-agent\/","title":{"rendered":"Technical Support Agent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/p>\n<p>\tHandle 100 tickets per day.<br \/>\n\tProvide basic helpdesk support.<br \/>\n\tDocument solutions and procedures in knowledge bases (KBs) and FAQs, and maintain them by keeping them updated.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that support requests are handled within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), keeping client satisfaction a priority.<br \/>\n\tAnalyse logs and pick important issues for problem-solving or escalating to higher levels.<br \/>\n\tSet up user accounts, update system credits, and perform data clean-ups.<br \/>\n\tAssist with system improvements through timely sharing of user feedback and insights.<br \/>\n\tEscalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.<br \/>\n\tProviding exceptional customer service (solving customer problems, answering customer questions confidently) through excellent English communication.<\/p>\n<p>This role requires a blend of problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
