The Branch Team Leader will oversee branch operations, drive showroom sales, manage inventory and cash controls, and supervise staff to ensure targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage daily branch operations including sales, stock control, and staff supervision
\n\tDrive sales performance and ensure excellent customer service
\n\tOversee inventory management, stock counts, and reconciliations
\n\tEnsure proper cash handling, financial accuracy, and compliance with policies
\n\tLead, coach, and develop the branch team<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field
\n\t3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in branch or showroom management within the Fashion Industry with high-touch.
\n\tStrong skills in sales, inventory, and financial management
\n\tProficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Odoo is an added advantage)
\n\tStrong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills<\/p>\n
