WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE<\/p>\n
The Machine Operator is responsible for<\/p>\n
\tThe safe operation of production equipment to deliver customer requirements through completion of the production plan, adhering to quality standards and maximising cost effectiveness, optimal running and equipment efficiency.
\n\tShe\/he is expected to carry out cleaning and inspection activities and record any issues\/problems with the equipment to pass to the Technician to resolve.
\n\tThe Machine Operator should master the operation of a series of machines to provide factory resilience.<\/p>\n
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE<\/p>\n
Experiences & Qualifications<\/p>\n
The experience required for this role are as below:<\/p>\n
\tBasic mechanical awareness of the principles for factory automation.
\n\tCan maintain focus and discipline for the task whilst demonstrating good problem-solving skills to protect output targets.
\n\tIT Skills \u2013 Competent in the use of Machine data and control systems that record Losses, Safety and Quality. Must also be competent in the use of Microsoft Office; Excel and Word programmes.
\n\tExperience of manufacturing in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Company.
\n\tExperience as a Machine Operator. (1-2 yrs)
\n\tThe minimum professional qualification for this role is a Diploma.<\/p>\n
Skills<\/p>\n
Technical\u00a0– Knowledge and application of technical skills to Operate machinery safely and effectively to meet the production plan. Conduct cleaning and lubrication as required.<\/p>\n
\tPossess a basic knowledge of the principles of mechanism, motion and pneumatics.
\n\tMaintain machinery to the prescribed standards and levels of cleanliness.
\n\tUnderstand properties of materials being handled. Able to perform correct adjustment and setting.
\n\tProactively work with Professional Maintenance and Quality Control staff to achieve zero breakdowns and zero defects.
\n\tCarry out product and process changeovers to maintain quality standards whilst minimizing the impact to the production plan.<\/p>\n
