About the job<\/p>\n
Duties:<\/p>\n
\tManage and cultivate relationship with key Account CCTV Customers (mainly SI, Big Installers and final clients)
\n\tManagement of local SI sales team
\n\tComplete annual sales target and evaluation of gross profit margin
\n\tSupport customers relationship during pre and post sales phases with key account team.
\n\tUncover and monitor the progress of opportunities through to commit and win stages.
\n\tProvide first line contact to customers during their design phase including system integration, big installers.
\n\tGather and synthesize customer inputs to impact new product development.
\n\tIncrease the market share in existing customer through more projects.
\n\tBuild high level relationships within relevant customers in key departments.
\n\tProvide a strategy for each key account to achieve the revenue goal and build the strategic corporate relationship.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5 years working experience in Security & CCTV market
\n\tFamiliarity with the project market, Need Solid network with System Integrators (SIs) and established presence within the end user network, experience in sales driven position in CCTV industry is a plus.
\n\tAbundant resources in Banking and financial sector.
\n\tShould have Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor make presentations to meet customer needs and also to manage the team work
\n\tPersistent and pro-active. Responsible and able to drive the business independently
\n\tAbility to effectively motivate team and drive sales in a time sensitive environment
\n\tCompetitive to achieve his targets and efficient
\n\tStrong public speaking skills, multi-tasking and time management skills<\/p>\n
