Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAssist with guest check-in and check-out processes.
\n\tHandle guest inquiries, calls and reservations.
\n\tSupport coordination between housekeeping, maintenance and reservations teams.
\n\tMaintain accurate guest records and bookings.
\n\tEnsure a warm, professional and welcoming guest experience at all times.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tA recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism or related field.
\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tPresentable, organized and customer-focused.
\n\tWillingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
\n\tBasic computer skills (knowledge of booking systems is an added advantage)<\/p>\n
