Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tManage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes\u00a0
\n\tOversee day-to-day staff administration and employee relations
\n\tMaintain HR records, policies, and compliance requirements
\n\tSupport performance management and staff development initiatives
\n\tAddress workplace issues and promote a positive work environment
\n\tCoordinate training and internal communication activities<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in HR management or a similar role
\n\tStrong organizational and interpersonal skills
\n\tAbility to handle confidential information professionally
\n\tKnowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices
\n\tDegree in Human Resources\u00a0<\/p>\n
