Role Description<\/p>\n
\tThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Debt Collections & Recoveries Officer for Unsecured Salary Loans.
\n\tThe role involves managing debt recovery processes, handling client communication, negotiating repayment plans, monitoring delinquent accounts, preparing timely reports and achieving stretching business targets.
\n\tThe officer will work closely with teams to ensure effective debt resolutions while adhering to internal policies and industry regulations.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in Debt Collection especially for unsecured microfinance loans and knowledge of finance-related procedures.
\n\tAbility to work in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
\n\tKnowledge of financial regulations and debt recovery best practices in Kenya.
\n\tStrong communications and Interpersonal Skills and commitment to providing excellent Customer Service.
\n\tExceptional Analytical Skills for assessing financial situations and identifying effective collection strategies.
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields is preferred.
\n\tProficiency in MS Office and financial software tools is beneficial.<\/p>\n
