Role Description<\/p>\n
\tThe Insurance Sales Representative position at ICEA LION Group is a full-time on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya.
\n\tThe representative will engage with prospective and existing clients to promote and sell insurance products, provide tailored advice, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include identifying client needs, creating risk management solutions, maintaining accurate records, and achieving individual and team sales targets.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tComprehensive knowledge of insurance sales, contract negotiation, and strategy
\n\tStrong communication and client relationship management skills
\n\tProficiency in analyzing customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance products
\n\tIndustry experience, preferably with COP (Certificate of Proficiency) certification in insurance
\n\tAbility to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
\n\tPrevious experience in a regulated sector such as law enforcement, including familiarity with criminal investigations, evidence collection, or police officer diligence, is advantageous
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field is preferred<\/p>\n
