First impressions are everything! As a Front Office Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGreet and register guests, providing a warm and professional welcome
\n\tPerform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
\n\tHandle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
\n\tManage reservations and room assignments using hotel management software
\n\tProcess payments and maintain accurate financial records
\n\tEnrol guests to the ALL loyalty program
\n\tAssist with currency exchange and safety deposit box services
\n\tCollaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
\n\tPromote hotel services and local attractions to enhance guest experience
\n\tAddress and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
\n\tMaintain a clean and organized front desk area
\n\tEnsure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures
\n\tAssist with night audit duties when assigned to evening shifts<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Front Office operations or related field
\n\tPrevious experience as a\u00a0Front Office Agent in a 4\/5 star
\n\tExperience in Opera Cloud
\n\tYou\u2019re a doer \u2013 and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it.
\n\tYou\u2019re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
\n\tExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
\n\tAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

\n\tFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays<\/p>\n
