\tThe\u00a0Outsourced Services Accounting Manager\u00a0will be responsible for\u00a0leading and growing the Outsourced Business Services division.
\n\tThis role is ideal for a professional who combines strong technical expertise with leadership, client management, and commercial acumen.<\/p>\n
Job Description<\/p>\n
\tLead end-to-end delivery of outsourced Accounting, Payroll, and Fund Management services
\n\tManage and grow client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
\n\tReview financial reports, payroll outputs, tax and statutory filings, and fund reports for accuracy and compliance
\n\tProvide clients with financial insights, advisory support, and business guidance
\n\tDrive business development through client expansion, referrals, and new opportunities
\n\tLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
\n\tEnsure efficient processes, system utilization, and continuous improvement
\n\tOversee compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
\n\tCPA(K), ACCA or equivalent qualification (mandatory)
\n\t6\u20138 years\u2019 relevant experience in accounting, payroll, or outsourced services
\n\tAt least 2\u20133 years in a leadership or supervisory role
\n\tProven experience\u00a0managing multiple clients\u00a0and service delivery
\n\tStrong knowledge of accounting systems, payroll platforms and tax\/ statutory platforms<\/p>\n
