Role Summary<\/p>\n
\tAs a Talent Shared Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing efficient, comprehensive and accurate HR Support within the Shared Service team to all CloudFactory employees across different locations\u00a0 in collaboration with the Global Talent Team.
\n\tThis includes HR administrative support in all CloudFactory Talent Processes, Employee Documentation and Employee-Related\u00a0 Data.

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tUndertake accurate and timely employee administration\/transactional processes, including; making changes to individual terms and conditions, document processing, onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility etc
\n\tLiaising and working collaboratively with Global Talent Team (Talent Business Partners and Heads of Talent across locations) to provide an efficient and effective services\u00a0
\n\tInput information and\u00a0 maintain documents, employee records and data on HRIS\u00a0 to agreed procedures and compliance standards\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that all HRIS data and other Talent Databases\u00a0 are accurately updated and maintained.
\n\tRegularly conduct audits on HRIS and Talent Databases to ensure that we are compliant with ISO 9001, ISO\u00a0 27001, SOC 2 Standards and local employment laws.
\n\tPreparing Shared Service related reports for the stakeholders enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.\u00a0
\n\tProvide excellent service to employees by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information<\/p>\n

\n\tProficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS, G-Suite and similar employee management software.
\n\tAbility to manage time and tight schedules, work effectively under pressure. Using own initiative, with a creative approach to problem solving.<\/p>\n
Education and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field required.
\n\tAt least 3 years of experience in a similar\u00a0 role<\/p>\n
