Drafting Specialist (CAD\/BIM)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Objective<\/p>\n<p>\tTo lead and grow institutional sales across the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) channel by building strong partnerships with key accounts, driving volume and value growth, and ensuring execution of business strategies aligned with organizational objectives.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Sales Strategy &amp; Planning<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and execute the HORECA sales strategy to achieve assigned revenue and market share targets.<br \/>\n\tIdentify growth opportunities in hotels, restaurants, caterers, airlines, and other institutional accounts.<br \/>\n\tPlan and monitor channel performance against agreed sales KPIs.<\/p>\n<p>Business Development<\/p>\n<p>\tAcquire and onboard new institutional clients while nurturing existing relationships.<br \/>\n\tConduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and growth.<br \/>\n\tNegotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms in line with company policies.<\/p>\n<p>Team Leadership<\/p>\n<p>\tLead, mentor, and motivate the institutional sales team to achieve set goals.<br \/>\n\tBuild capability within the team through coaching, training, and performance management.<br \/>\n\tAllocate targets, territories, and monitor individual and team performance.<\/p>\n<p>Execution &amp; Customer Engagement<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure excellent execution of sales initiatives, promotions, and activations within the HORECA segment.<br \/>\n\tProvide superior customer service and act as the primary escalation point for client issues.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with the supply chain to ensure timely deliveries and efficient order fulfillment.<\/p>\n<p>Market Intelligence &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tTrack competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to recommend proactive strategies.<br \/>\n\tPrepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports for management.<br \/>\n\tMonitor credit control and ensure timely collections from institutional clients.<\/p>\n<p>Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/p>\n<p>\tWork with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to optimize HORECA offerings.<br \/>\n\tPartner with product development to tailor solutions for the institutional channel.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.<br \/>\n\tMBA is an added advantage.<br \/>\n\tMinimum 5\u20138 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in institutional\/HORECA sales leadership.<br \/>\n\tStrong network within hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.<br \/>\n\tProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.<\/p>\n<p>Key Skills &amp;
