Description<\/p>\n
\tThe Business Analyst will be supporting the planning, execution, and financial performance of real estate projects developed by Rendeavour. The role involves analysis, market research, financial modelling, stakeholder coordination (limited), and the development of business cases that guide strategic decision-making. This position sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, urban planning, and project delivery, ensuring that projects are both commercially viable and aligned with the company\u2019s long-term vision.<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tWhere necessary conduct market research across residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and mixed-use asset classes.
\n\tDevelop recommendations on product mix, positioning, and pricing strategies
\n\tSupport feasibility studies for proposed development projects.
\n\tBuild and maintain detailed financial models, including cash flows, sensitivity analyses, development costing, and return metrics (IRR, NPV, ROI).
\n\tWork closely with finance, design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure cost and revenue assumptions are accurate.
\n\tPrepare business cases for investors, banks and the management.
\n\tTrack project performance versus approved budgets and forecasts.
\n\tDevelop dashboards and reporting tools to track project progress, sales, leasing performance, customer trends, and cost performance.
\n\tConsolidate data from cross-functional teams to prepare monthly and project reports.
\n\tAssist in preparing long-term development strategies, phasing plans, and financial plans for the masterplan.
\n\tSupport annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.
\n\tWork with urban planners, architects, and infrastructure teams to ensure plans align with commercial objectives.
\n\tCoordinate inputs for design briefs, concept plans, and development strategies.
\n\tLiaise with internal departments (planning, sales, construction, finance, operations) to gather and validate data.
\n\tSupport presentations to joint-venture partners, investors, government bodies, and senior management.
\n\tAssist in preparing materials for board papers, investment committees, lender submissions, and regulatory authorities.
\n\tIdentify gaps in data, reporting, and project analysis and suggest improvements.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
\n\t3\u20136 years of experience in real estate development, consulting, financial analysis, or investment.
\n\tStrong financial modelling experience (Excel or modelling software).
\n\tExperience with large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects preferred.
\n\tUnderstanding of urban development, land economics, and real estate markets.
\n\tExperience with project management tools is an advantage.<\/p>\n
