{"id":94728,"date":"2026-04-21T08:02:18","date_gmt":"2026-04-21T08:02:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/kenya\/job\/customer-operations-officer-emobility\/"},"modified":"2026-04-21T08:03:31","modified_gmt":"2026-04-21T08:03:31","slug":"customer-operations-officer-emobility","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/kenya\/job\/customer-operations-officer-emobility\/","title":{"rendered":"Customer Operations Officer &#8211; eMobility"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In this role, you would be responsible for:<\/p>\n<p>\tCoordinating class enrollment, learner attendance tracking, and the issuance of introduction letters in partnership with driving schools and the customer experience team<br \/>\n\tManaging the issuance and maturation tracking of Provisional Driving Licenses (PDLs) and Interim Driving Licenses (IDLs) to ensure regulatory compliance<br \/>\n\tFollowing up with NTSA to ensure timely processing and delivery of Smart Driving Licenses<br \/>\n\tServing as the primary operational contact for driving school partners through consistent daily and weekly communication<br \/>\n\tTracking rider enrollment metrics and coordinating with the retail team to ensure timely issuance of driving school packages<br \/>\n\tMonitoring customer conversion timelines and proactively addressing progression bottlenecks in collaboration with partners<br \/>\n\tConducting regular follow-up calls with customers to provide guidance, resolve queries, and sustain engagement throughout the licensing journey<br \/>\n\tCapturing, cleaning, and maintaining accurate licensing records across all platforms and dashboards<br \/>\n\tPreparing comprehensive weekly performance updates covering key metrics, trends, challenges, and proposed improvements<br \/>\n\tConducting field visits to supervise driving school program intake across onboarded schools<br \/>\n\tSupporting insurance claims tracking and logbook\/NTSA compliance processing on a needs basis<\/p>\n<p>This is an\u00a0on-site role\u00a0based in\u00a0Nairobi, Kenya, with occasional field visits.
