\nMinimum Requirements for Appointment<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from recognized Institution.
\n\tMaster’s Degree in the related field will be an added advantage.
\n\tCertificate in Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP).
\n\tA member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and in\u00a0\u00a0standing.
\n\t\u00a0Five (5) years minimum Experience in the Human Resource Field or similar role.
\n\tCertificate in computer application skills.
\n\tHave proven knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System will be an added advantage.
