Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tDrive regional sales growth while overseeing daily showroom operations. The role focuses on expanding market presence within the construction industry and delivering excellent customer experience.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDrive sales growth within the assigned region by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
\n\tPromote and sell construction materials and kitchen appliance solutions to contractors, developers, and individual clients.
\n\tManage and oversee showroom operations, ensuring products are well displayed and customer-ready.
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
\n\tHandle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales leads.
\n\tMonitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product availability.
\n\tConduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
\n\tAchieve and exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
\n\tPrepare regular sales and performance reports.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 2+ years\u2019 experience in the construction industry, specifically in selling construction materials.
\n\tProven experience in sales and showroom management.
\n\tStrong understanding of the local market in Kisumu.
\n\tDiploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/p>\n
