Job Description<\/p>\n
\tOversee daily operations of the\u00a0butchery section\u00a0within the kitchen
\n\tPrepare, cut, portion, and store meats according to hotel standards
\n\tEnsure\u00a0quality control\u00a0and proper handling of all meat products
\n\tMaintain\u00a0hygiene, food safety, and sanitation\u00a0in line with regulations
\n\tManage stock rotation, ordering, and minimize waste
\n\tSupport menu preparation by providing correctly portioned cuts to all outlets
\n\tTrain and supervise junior kitchen staff in butchery techniques
\n\tCoordinate with Executive Chef\/Sous Chef for production needs
\n\tEnsure consistency in\u00a0presentation and portioning standards
\n\tAssist in cost control by monitoring yield and product usage<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tCertificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Professional Cookery.
\n\tMinimum\u00a02\u20134 years\u2019 experience\u00a0in a hotel or large-scale \u00a0kitchen.
\n\tPrevious experience as a\u00a0Chef de Partie\u00a0is an added advantage.
\n\tStrong knowledge of kitchen operations and high-volume food production.<\/p>\n
