The successful candidate will manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer experience across the assigned region.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tManage sales of ceramic products and sanitary ware within the assigned region, ensuring consistent revenue growth.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and expand the customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.<br \/>\n\tBuild and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and wholesalers.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and pursue new business opportunities; meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.<br \/>\n\tConduct market research to understand customer needs, regional demand trends, and competitor activities.<br \/>\n\tGather and analyze competitor and market intelligence, providing actionable insights to management.<br \/>\n\tPresent product features, benefits, and provide guidance on installation and maintenance.<br \/>\n\tRecommend suitable products tailored to customer needs (color, finish, size, and performance).<br \/>\n\tPrepare accurate quotations, proposals, and order confirmations; follow up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.<br \/>\n\tSupervise and coordinate product displays, merchandising, and showroom presentation for strong brand visibility.<br \/>\n\tConduct product demonstrations in showrooms and at customer sites.<br \/>\n\tMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams on availability, lead times, and backorders.<br \/>\n\tAddress and resolve after-sales issues professionally and promptly.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with the marketing team on promotions, product launches, and training sessions for staff and clients.<br \/>\n\tLiaise with manufacturing and quality control teams to resolve product-related concerns.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation for management review.<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with industry standards, including sustainability and certification requirements.<br \/>\n\tKeep customer accounts updated and follow up on payments to ensure timely collections.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s Degree or Diploma in Sales &amp; Marketing, Business Management, Finance\/Accounting, or a related field.<br \/>\n\t1\u20133 years of proven sales experience; experience in ceramics, tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials is highly preferred.<br \/>\n\tStrong understanding of ceramic products, including finishes, sizes, installation methods, and maintenance requirements.<br \/>\n\tSolid knowledge of regional market dynamics and customer relationship management.<\/p>\n<p>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<\/p>\n<p>\tExcellent communication skills in English<br \/>\n\tStrong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.<br \/>\n\tProficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.<br \/>\n\tExperience using CRM systems and other sales tracking tools.<br \/>\n\tStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.<br \/>\n\tHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.<br \/>\n\tSelf-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.<br \/>\n\tFlexible to work Monday\u2013Saturday and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.<\/p>\n<p>If you meet the above qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, please send your updated CV indicating your salary expectation to:hrkisumu@twyfordtile.comSubject Line: Application \u2013 Sales Specialist<\/p>\n<p>Apply Through:<\/p>\n<p>hrkisumu@twyfordtile.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/hrkisumu@twyfordtile.com","_company_name":"KEDA Kenya Ceramics Company Limited","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"KEDA Kenya Ceramics Company Limited is a joint venture with presence in West Africa and East Africa and is headquartered in China.
