\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tAchieve a minimum monthly premium target through personal and team performance
\n\tRecruit, train, and supervise a team of up to 12 Direct Sales Representatives with the help of the BDO
\n\tProvide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to the sales team
\n\tDrive team productivity and ensure consistent pipeline development
\n\tMonitor and report on sales performance metrics and market feedback
\n\tEnsure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations<\/p>\n
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance, Business Administration (BCom – Insurance Option), or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged
\n\tProfessional certification – COP is an added advantage
\n\t0-2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
\n\tProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
\n\tStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
