ABOUT THE ROLE<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a proactive Senior Resort Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent guest experiences. The role involves coordinating staff, maintaining high service standards, and keeping all resort facilities fully functional.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tOversee daily resort operations to ensure smooth coordination across all departments
\n\tSupervise staff, assign duties, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
\n\tManage guest interactions, including check-ins, check-outs, and overall experience
\n\tHandle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction
\n\tEnsure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of all resort facilities
\n\tSupport planning and execution of events, activities, and guest engagement initiatives
\n\tMonitor inventory levels and ensure proper use of supplies and resources
\n\tMaintain accurate daily reports and communicate operational updates to management<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
\n\tPrevious experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or customer service
\n\tStrong leadership and team coordination skills
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities
\n\tHigh level of professionalism and attention to detail
\n\tAbility to multitask and manage operations in a dynamic environment<\/p>\n
