We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Assistant to join our growing team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will support the finance and administration department in day-to-day operations, data entry, record keeping, and office coordination.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAssist in daily accounting data entry and record updates
\n\tPrepare invoices, quotations, receipts, and payment vouchers
\n\tMaintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative documents
\n\tSupport bank reconciliations and supplier statement follow-up
\n\tAssist in petty cash management and expense tracking
\n\tFollow up on client payments and outstanding balances
\n\tSupport procurement records, purchase orders, and delivery documentation
\n\tHandle office administration duties and general coordination
\n\tMaintain spreadsheets and reports using Excel
\n\tProvide support to the Finance Officer and management team<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
\n\tMinimum 1\u20133 years of relevant experience
\n\tGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
\n\tStrong organizational and time management skills
\n\tHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail
\n\tGood communication skills
\n\tHonest, responsible, and professional attitude
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/p>\n
Added Advantage<\/p>\n
\tExperience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Odoo
\n\tExperience in construction, manufacturing, or trading environment<\/p>\n
