We are seeking an Operations\u00a0Manager\u00a0(ML, AV & ADAS)\u00a0who will own delivery excellence, elevate operational performance, and drive client success across cutting-edge AI programs.<\/p>\n

Your Mission \u2014 What You\u2019ll Lead<\/p>\n
Client Relationship & Communication Excellence<\/p>\n
\tBuild trusted relationships with ML, AV, and ADAS clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
\n\tUnderstand and articulate project scope, deliverables, timelines, and ownership.
\n\tServe as the primary liaison for all client requests, updates, and issue resolution.
\n\tTrack, manage, and close client requests with clarity, urgency, and professionalism.
\n\tEnsure workflows and outputs fully align with client expectations and technical guidelines.<\/p>\n
Operational Delivery Ownership<\/p>\n
\tOversee day-to-day execution of annotation, QA, audits, and reporting activities.
\n\tTranslate technical guidelines into clear, actionable workflows for delivery teams.
\n\tMonitor team adherence to SLAs\/KPIs: accuracy, throughput, productivity, and latency.
\n\tLead real-time issue resolution and ensure teams maintain context and operational readiness.
\n\tMaintain strict version control of instructions, guidelines, and workflow updates.<\/p>\n
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement<\/p>\n
\tTrack performance trends across ML\/AV\/ADAS datasets using scorecards and dashboards.
\n\tDiagnose quality or productivity gaps and implement root-cause fixes.
\n\tPartner with QA and Training teams to refine workflows, conduct refreshers, and clarify instructions.
\n\tLead performance reporting to clients, highlighting insights, actions, and operational improvements.<\/p>\n
Team Leadership & Talent Development<\/p>\n
\tMentor and develop teams handling AI, CV, 3D, or LiDAR datasets.
\n\tBuild a culture of feedback, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
\n\tSupport team decision-making on ambiguous, complex, or escalated annotation scenarios.
\n\tAdvise on capacity planning, calibration cycles, and training needs.<\/p>\n
Risk Management & Issue Mitigation<\/p>\n
\tIdentify risks related to workflow complexity, guideline ambiguity, tooling inefficiencies, or data quality concerns.
\n\tDevelop mitigation strategies to ensure delivery continuity and client satisfaction.
\n\tSupport Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and drive readiness for activation.
\n\tEscalate advanced risks to senior leaders and product teams for resolution.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Bring<\/p>\n
Education & Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Data\/AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
\n\tA minimum of 2.5\u00a0years of experience in AI\/ML operations, project management, or technical workflow coordination.
\n\tHands-on exposure to annotation workflows: 2D\/3D CV, LiDAR, ADAS, or AV datasets.
\n\tStrong track record managing projects in KPI-driven environments.
\n\tMust have worked in a BPO<\/p>\n
Additional Information<\/p>\n
\tFamiliarity with annotation tools such as CVAT, SuperAnnotate, and Labelbox.
\n\tUnderstanding of ML metrics, data quality principles, and AV\/ADAS ecosystems.<\/p>\n
